After New Sales Experiences,I really confirmed my position of Senior Contract Manager by being sent to Hong-Kong, and be resposible for the right completion ( erection, commissioning,costs, delivery time, quality)for some 25 projects in southern China.Back to France, I was given the responsability to developp "Service Business", consisting mainly in negociating large refurbishments/modernisations/extension contratcs world-wide.

- From 1995 to 1999, Wartsila NSD France gives me the responsibility to develop the Service Business worldwide. I merges Sourcing, Purchasing, Sales administration, and Field Service technicians within a common structure to optimize the utilization of existing resources. In 1999, 80% of profits from Wartsila NSD-France come from this Service department.
- ABove results come from signature of full refirbishment contracts of existing Power Plants in Peru ( Chiclayo, Arequipa, PAcasmayo), Santo Domingo ( Cementos Cibao),Sudan( Port Sudan), Honduras(Puerto Cortes)Philipinas( Nestla, Bauang, NPC) China( SHaoguan, Shunde, Foshan, Xin-hui) Spain( Grelva). Most of those contracts were followed by maintenance contracts ;
