Project Manager
After New Sales Experiences,I really confirmed my position of Senior Contract Manager by being sent to Hong-Kong, and be resposible for the right completion ( erection, commissioning,costs, delivery time, quality)for some 25 projects in southern China.Back to France, I was given the responsability to developp "Service Business", consisting mainly in negociating large refurbishments/modernisations/extension contratcs world-wide.

Missions
- Between 1999-2003, I am responsible for managing all erection and commissioning teams in Saint-Nazaire, Turku, Miami, Singapore (130 people) and to ensure the simultaneous completion of new contracts through and with support of the Mac-Gregor international network
- Meanwhile, as AfterSales Manager worldwide, I did set up the Life cycle concept, and negociated full maintenance contracts with the main Cruiseship owners. Mac-Gregor became the worl-leader for elevators in the marine sector.
