Project Manager

After New Sales Experiences,I really confirmed my position of Senior Contract Manager by being sent to Hong-Kong, and be resposible for the right completion ( erection, commissioning,costs, delivery time, quality)for some 25 projects in southern China.
Back to France, I was given the responsability to developp "Service Business", consisting mainly in negociating large refurbishments/modernisations/extension contratcs world-wide.
